Katie is proud to bring her passion for design, renovation, and community to her work as a real estate agent with Fernwood Real Estate. After nearly 20 years in luxury sales as a graduate gemologist, Katie made the leap into real estate to help others find homes that truly reflect their lives and dreams.

A Wisconsin native, Katie returned home after completing her education in California and, together with her husband, proudly owns Ray's Wine & Spirits. She builds her life around family, creativity, and community—raising two daughters, wrangling two French Bulldogs, and staying involved through Girl Scouts and their local elementary school.

A creative at heart, Katie loves crafting and making spaces feel warm and personal. She’s excited to guide clients through every step of the home buying or selling process with care, attention to detail, and a personal touch.
